Renew your heath card
Renew your health card online using your valid driver's licence or valid Ontario Photo Card as proof of identity and residency in Ontario. Your driver's licence or Ontario Photo Card will not be renewed as part of this transaction.
Check if you are eligible to renew your health card online.
Make sure you have:
- your most recent health card
- your current driver's licence (not suspended, expired or cancelled), or your current Ontario Photo Card (not expired or cancelled)
- a printer to print your temporary documents

Renew both health card and driver's licence
You may be able to renew your health card and driver's licence if they expire at the same time and you don't need a new photo/signature.
